WE RETURN FROM MOBILITY TO RIGA (November 24-29, 2019)
We brought a beautiful experience and a good memory of Riga thanks to his hospitality and his work so that we could get to know the minorities that live in this beautiful city. Riga students demonstrated excellent maturity, an excellent commitment to everything their institute had organized for the Erasmus group and they were perfect hosts for both students and teachers.
MEMORY OF MOBILITY SM-3 VALLADOLID, IN LA MERCED HIGH SCHOOL (between 6 and 11/10)
The week from October 6 to 11 we received in our institute, the IES La Merced de Valladolid, 35 students and 11 teachers partners in our Erasmus + project on Social Inclusion in Today’s Europe. We had a fantastic week: very interesting and very dynamic and fun. Our high school has been preparing activities to better understand refugees arriving in Europe.
At the end of the week, both students and teachers have indicated that we have all learned more about the problem of refugees and that the result has been very satisfactory for all.
All students, ours and those of the other 5 participating countries, have worked cooperatively on the proposed activities and have known firsthand how people feel they have to leave their countries for different reasons: wars, political persecution, sexual…
We thank the teachers who have come with the Norwegian, Finnish, Italian, Latvian and Dutch students for their collaboration and willingness in the proposed activities. In particular, we thank the teachers of Moss (Norway) as coordinators of all countries for their support, their help in everything we have needed to solve.
We also want to thank the refugees who have participated in our activities, who in a selfless way have brought us the hard and difficult situation in their countries and have made us understand them better.
Students after this beautiful and interesting experience, think that you are the future of Europe, so think a few minutes in which Europe would you like to live?
